We Couldn't Be Happier With The Final Product And The Process That Brought Us Here. The House Is Exactly What We Had Envisioned When We Were Working With The Plans. Working With Todd And Kami, We Were Able To Build The House Of Our Dreams Within Our Budget Constraints. They Provided Multiple Opportunities For Us To Save, Whether That Was Through Product Choices Or Doing Some Of The Work On Our Own. We Were Allowed To Come To The House And Check On The Progress Throughout The Build. The Entire T&S Crew Was Very Gracious Every Time We Showed Up And Would Always Stop And See If We Needed Anything Or Had Any Questions. Questions Or Concerns Were Answered Immediately. If Something Came Up That Couldn't Be Answered On Site, Todd And/or Kami Were Just A Phone Call Away And Impressively Responsive. We Placed A Pretty Challenging Timeline On The T&S Team And They Were Able To Meet It Without Sacrificing Any Quality. We Heard From Many People Who Have Gone Through The Building Process, They Like Their Houses But Wouldn't Do It Again. That Is Not Our Experience At All. I'd Absolutely Recommend T & S Custom Homes To Anyone Looking To Build A Home. For Every Decision We Had To Make, Todd Always Had Several Affordable Suggestions For Us. He Was Extremely Easy To Work With And Listened To Our Input. He Always Had An Answer For Our Questions And On A Number Of Occasions He Found Affordable Alternatives So We Could Get What We Wanted Without Going Over Our Budget. Todd And Kami Stepped Us Through The Entire Building Process At The Very Beginning So We Knew What Decisions Had To Be Made And When. This Was Extremely Helpful Because We Did Not Have Stress About All The Decisions Ahead, Rather We Just Let Them Run The Process For Us, One Step At A Time. Todd Did An Excellent Job Of Scheduling With Sub Contractors So There Was No Schedule Over-lap Or Delays, Which Tells You He Is Respected By Other Companies.
